๐Ÿ•’ Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

To start a return, email us at dropmestoreinfo@gmail.com. Weโ€™ll send you the return instructions and the correct return address.


๐Ÿ’ธ Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Damaged Package?

If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the item and its packaging.
Send them to dropmestoreinfo@gmail.com along with your order number within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.


๐Ÿšš Order Processing & Refunds

Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfillment system immediately and begins processing.
Because of this, we cannot cancel or refund orders that are still being prepared or have not yet shipped.

Refund requests can only be made after the product has been delivered and the return has been accepted under our return policy.


๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, weโ€™ll notify you via email of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

If your refund is delayed:

  1. Contact your bank or payment provider.
