Thank you for shopping with Labubuniverse. We take great care in preparing and packaging your collectible figures. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.





🔒 All Sales Final (Non-EU Customers)



For customers outside the EU, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed — unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.





🇪🇺 EU Customers – Return Policy



If you are located in the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.


However, our figures are shipped in sealed packaging for hygiene and collectible value reasons. As such:


  • Returns are only accepted if the seal is unbroken
  • Once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund




To qualify for a return:



  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition and packaging
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order






🧾 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items



If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A description of the problem



We will review your case and, if eligible, provide a replacement or partial/full refund.





📦 Lost or Stolen Packages



Labuverse is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. If this happens, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping provider.


We are not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.





🌍 International Orders – Duties & Taxes



International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

Refused packages will not be refunded.
